Specifically with this virus, is the fear truly grounded in fact, or is it compounded and heightened because of the subliminal messages being pounded into our heads or shoved down our throats at almost every turn? In other words, we have been told this virus is highly contagious and initially that 2+ million Americans would die from it in 2-3 weeks. As time passed, that didn't happen, and the recovery rate has been fairly stable at 98.3% with some experts estimating as high as 99.8%. This means, even if someone *does* catch it, there's only a 0.2-1.7% chance death will occur...even for those with underlying conditions.
But let's step away from the data and stats for a moment and address the fear again. What is truly at the root of the fear? Is it fear of dying in general? If that's the case, there's a much bigger and more significant issue at stake than a single virus being manipulated for political and financial gain.
For anyone who believes in God and Jesus Christ or claims to be a Christ-follower, the fear of death should never be an issue. We are only travelers here on this earth for a short while. This is not our eternal home, so we shouldn't be so attached to it that we are afraid to leave it.
Fear of the loved ones we might leave behind or things left unfinished might play a part, but we shouldn't allow that possibility to drive our thoughts and give credence to fear. The devil would like nothing better than to keep us afraid, as fear is an extremely strong motivator. Look at how easily the gov't controlled a greater majority of this country because they kept fear right up front, and they continue to push fear.
As always, I am not diminishing the loss of loved ones or even the loss of *any* life. ALL life is precious. Death, however, is inevitable. We are all going to die at some point. You won't leave this earthly world any other way. We are also never guaranteed tomorrow, no matter what might be the cause of our demise. Life itself is a risk every day. Anything at any time could cause death. You could choke on food, you could fall in your own home, organs can shut down for no apparent reason, a fire could start while you're sleeping, and countless other things. We can't live our lives in fear, or we're not really living.
That has been the biggest bit of clarity I've had during this supposed crisis. My heart breaks over how much fear exists and how little hope so many people have. So, while I have been out spouting off about the stupidity of these masks, the very plausible explanations behind this mass control, and the underlying root motivators, I have also been balancing that by spreading truth and hope and encouragement in an attempt to help others see the bigger picture of where we should be putting our trust.
I pray this helps someone who has read this gain a greater understanding and possibly even restore some hope that might have been lost.
