Misunderstandings

Ever notice that men and women communicate differently? Yes, I know..."duh." But seriously, they are like on two separate planes that often don't even connect. No wonder why relationships are so difficult and you have to spend a lot of effort to make them work.

Tonight I had one of those moments when this became crystal clear. I hesitated when I obviously shouldn't have and learned my lesson. So, next time, I won't second-guess myself and I'll go with my instincts. It's always good not to over-analyze anyway.

Just something to keep in mind for our relationship. I'm not afraid of hard work in the least, and once we're together, I intend to do everything in my power (and with God's help) to make it the best it can be. I know you'll do the same because God wouldn't bring us together without that all-too-important foundation.

It's going to be a great adventure!
